Working with Richard, given the circumstances, was a wonderful experience. He answered all phone calls; explained things in detail; was personable and at the end of the conversation put me at ease with the process. On court dates he thoroughly explained the process and took time to answer any questions before and after the court experience . Richard made it very clear of all the next steps. And he told us to call anytime we had more questions. It was apparent that the Gaxiola Law Group works with, and for you so you can get on with your life for the mistakes you made. When my mother and I went in so explain a case of a family member they were understanding and willing to help with out pressuring us to sign a contract like other big name lawer offices also got the chance to meet and speak with attorney David Le Levire he is very good spoken and aggressive lawer willing to fight for you with out pressuring us simply stating if we decide to hire him he will do what it takes he is one of my top lawers and if it was a draft he'd be up in the top 3 not only was he good but the whole staff thank you for being understanding of out situation

My wife and I hired Alcock and Associates to process my immigration adjustment in December of 2017, after almost 4 years of waiting I am glad to say that I am now a permanent resident! Our lawyer was Lisa Elkin who was awesome and treated us well every time we interacted. I have had DACA since the program began in 2012 and also had used Alcock and Associates previously for my DACA renewals. They have always been super fast and easy to work with. In 2017 when my wife and I got married we decided to start the process for me to become a permanent resident. We met with a few different law offices but ended up choosing Alcock which has been a great decision. Even though the process took a lot longer than we had hoped we are very grateful for the positive outcome. We first applied in December of 2017 and were only given our consular appointment in Juarez Mexico in July of this year. Lisa Elkin and Emmanuel Elizondo were very helpful throughout the whole process and were always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. Our stay in Juarez was also longer than expected. We had planned for a 1-2 week stay in Juarez but ended up staying an additional week because of a clerical issue with the Consulate in Juarez. We had many concerns and fears while we were down in Juarez but Lisa and Emmanuel were always available for us and kept us informed throughoutthe durationof our stay in Juarez. The one small problem we had was a small lack of communication during our waiting period. When we were waiting to get our appointment for the Consulate we would go several months without hearing from anyone. I brought this up to Lisa and asked for a bit more communication as far as updates even if there was no changes. I know people that are waiting for these types of cases are sometimes anxious and nervous about getting good or bad news. After I brought this up Lisa addressed it immediately and kept me informed more often which I greatly appreciate. I have family members that have used Alcock and Associates before and we have all had good experiences with them. I know we will need more help in our family regarding immigration changes and I can say that Alcock and Associates will always be our first choice! I can whole heartedly recommend them to anyone looking for help with their immigration issues. I sincerely thank Lisa Elkin, Emmanuel Elizondo and the whole Alcock team who worked on our case.
