My experience was bad. They don't even show up to the court . It was a waste of my time and money. They told me to be patient and I did but there wasn't anything being done .

Recently hired Barber law group and i was extremely happy with their representation of me. I was recently charged with a dui and had been following Barber law group on social network for some time and knew who i wanted to hire as my attorney. I called Barber law group and spoke to Mr. Barber about what happened and he told me my chances of having the charges changed or dropped. I was given a price and chose to use the payment plan. It was a fair price and the payments were very helpful. Communication with Mr. Barber was very impressive utilizing all forms of communication from signing the hire contract, keeping me updated on my case, informing me of any court requirements, and very importanly answering any and all questions or concerns i had, without any delay or discomfort. Save yourself the money and time. These people didn't fight hard for my brother. They kept putting his trial off. They would cancel a lot of the appointments. After a YEAR he finally had his final trial. My brothers lawyer was supposed to show up for his last trial and instead she sent someone else. Didn't even finish the case. They had a lot of GOOD evidence in their favor and so much time. They kept getting our hopes up but they weren't even trying. I think they only did that to shut us up. He ended up getting 8 years. UPDATE.... we got the first lawyer we had to help. She was more understanding and more helpful. She knew the situation and did not give up. My brother just got let out after 1 year and 9 months. I was very disappointed at first BUT they were able to pull through finally. Sorry for the angry review at first (I'm sure anyone would feel the same way); we were confused and upset but now we're thankful.

In 2003 I went to state prison for a bogus charge after doing my time I had trioed to have my right to possess a firearm restored and was denied. I have been discriminated against and denied the opportunity to get a good job, go hunting , among many other things . Bretton took my case and not only had my rights restored he had the guilty verdict set aside WOOT WOOT . I am eternally grateful to him and would not hesitate to retain him again for any other legal matter that I might have

In 2013 I applied to regain my rights after experiencing some legal difficulties in 2001, 2003 and for the last time in 2005. Doing so on my own lead to a denial in all three cases when I petitioned the Superior Court of Arizona to restore my civil rights and set aside the guilty judgements in each case. I met with Mr. Barber a year later, in October of 2014, he went over my case; filed the appropriate paperwork and was able to file my case in an appropriate manner and accomplish in 45 days what I was unable to do on own in 10 years. He is passionate about what he does, Mr. Barber is very quick to respond to ANY and EVERY inquiry in a professional and timely manner; no matter the time of day or night via email or phone. I would highly recommend the Barber Law Group to anyone looking for a set aside or restoration of rights in Arizona. As of December 2015, my civil rights including my right to bare arms have been restored as well as a set aside of the guilty judgement has been granted for ALL three cases. The first two last December (2014) and the final, looming felony this December (2015) through the diligence and consistency of the Barber Law Group. Mr. Barber's hard work and appetite for justice paid off 10 fold as far as I a concerned, not only for the rights restoration and set aside, but Mr. Barber took his commitment for justice being served one step further and advised me as to how I can apply the necessary steps to petition the FBI for a formal background check to apply for a fingerprint clearance card in regards to clearing my name for Higher Education purposes! Kudos to Bretton Barber and the staff at Barber Law Group for their hard work and allowing a voice to those often unheard in the court of law.
