When faced with divorce I had an overwhelming feeling of helplessness. Dealing with a vast array of emotions and a thousand questions I didn’t have answers to was occupying the vast majority of my time. From my first consultation call with Dustin I knew he was the person I wanted representing and guiding me through the process. Dustin’s knowledge of the law, the process and his honesty surrounding expectations removed a lot of the anxiety and left me with the time and capacity to ensure my children were my main focus. Dustin was always readily available including evenings and weekends and although the process lasted over a year due to COVID, Dustin was always engaged and up to speed on my case. I have a great deal of respect for his professionalism and attention to detail and highly recommend Dustin to anyone faced with the unfortunate process of a divorce. You owe it to yourself to at least have a consultation with Dustin.

During my divorce Dustin was not only provided exemplary legal services but he was also a huge support for me in other ways. He was always quick to answer his phone and talk me through the many problems that I was having with my ex. He always gave me sound and honest advise to help me understand what was happening and what my options were. You have many options for divorce lawyers but do yourself a favor and don't choose a firm that you have to go through secretaries and paralegals before actually speaking with your attorney all the while being billed for your time on hold. Choose Dustin because when you call him, he will answer and he will always take the time to talk with you and help you no matter what your issues are.

Chris Houk is an exceptional attorney with many years of employment law experience. He is very reliable and knows the ins and outs of employment law. He also worked as a trial attorney for EEOC before going into private practice. Highly recommend!

He charged $325 for a telephonic consultation that lasted maybe 20 minutes. He required a $3250 retainer to write a letter to my employer about a discrimination issue. He was given a draft of what the letter was supposed to say, but instead wrote something completely different with numerous grammatical errors, referred to me by a different name, and described me as a “black African American” (I am not). He refused to refund any of my money and we had an arbitration hearing. I prevailed at the hearing and he was ordered to refund most of the retainer.

Nice and friendly intake individual. Won't take cases on contingency though. The do are partial contingency though, if you can do that. Overall good firm.

He was absolutely amazing very straight forward no bullcrap. Knew all there is to know and very helpful through the whole process. Hes worth every penny!

This guy was a complete tool. He was rude and condescending at every turn. I never even met him in person and yet he managed to burn through the retainer. After I fired this guy he said I owed him a grand on top of it. The only clients that would give him more that one star are masochists who love to be verbally punished on a regular basis.

Mr. Dudley recently assisted me in custody modification proceedings and if it were not for him I don’t think the rulings would have been nearly as favorable as they were. His attentiveness to my personal situation and transparency in communication helped me to understand what options I had before me and how to best proceed. His personal yet professional approach made me feel as though I was not simply a “client,” rather a two-person team where he was also invested in the best possible outcome for my child. His experience shows in his ability to react and provide superb guidance and legal recourse in a highly dynamic situation. Furthermore, while he was quick on his feet to react to an evolving circumstance, he was also focused on a strategic plan - weighing short term goals and long term outcomes. I would highly recommend Mr. Dudley if you are looking for a professional who has the experience to back his name, who treats you fairly and respectfully while being honest in your individual situation, and provides as positive of an experience as possible amongst all the stress custody litigation brings.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Went to get a consult and only told me what the court and he didn't care about. Then proceeded to hang up on me. If I could give zero stars I would.
