I worked with Taylor Gustafson for my lease negotiation, he made tons of edits that the landlord accepted. Only i provisions were not accepted out of like 20ish or so. That's an amazing acceptance rate of terms in my opinion. Helped me realize the terms that were not favorable for me. I, 1000% recommend this lawfirm and Taylor.
