I was recently in an accident that was not my fault. Unfortunately due to a technicality, my insurance decided to take it to arbitration which left my insurance company getting paid but leaving me with little to no reimbursement for the expenses I incurred and or reimbursement for the losses I incurred as a result. Thankfully, I enlisted the help of Cima attorney Arash Tavanaei. Arash worked diligently to not only get me a settlement but worked with my medical providers to negotiate fair rates for service, ensuring me a bigger portion of the funds from the settlement. I am confident had I not hired Cima, I would have been left with no recourse or retribution. Arash and his team were professional, caring, and very responsive. I had the pleasure of interning at CIMA on the legal side for the last few months, and it was such a great experience! The entire team is so welcoming and genuinely want you to succeed. I worked directly under Arash, who is a fantastic teacher and attorney. Ayensa and Louie are great leaders and make the firm feel like a family. They always made me feel welcomed and believed in my abilities. I am so thankful for the skills I have learned here and will carry them into my future law career. I couldn't recommend this internship more as an undergraduate hoping to pursue a legal career. The work is meaningful and engaging, and they put an immense amount of time and care into their client's cases. I would refer anyone to Ayensa and Arash for any legal needs they may have because they truly care about their clients.

After having done an indepth research on immigration attorneys I decided to go with this one. I was not disappointed! After having read about so many black sheep I was very hestitant to trust somebody else with basically the futue of my life (which an immigrant visa is). The whole process was very smooth and satisfying and I am going to hire them again in the future to remove the conditions of my marriage based Green Card. Even though the circumstances of my petition were everything else but ordinary, they all remained very open minded and not judgmental, which I appreciated the most. In the end I got my visa approved without any hiccups. Can really recommend!! PS: I am German, so naturally prompt replies, accuracy and quality were very important to me, which they were able to maintain.
