Having been unsuccessful myself at attaining the trademark which I sought; I eventually received a very professional and personal correspondence from the Day Law firm in Scottsdale Arizona. Their personable letter with pricing was attractive enough for me to give them a shot at winning me the trademark which I wanted for my business. From start to finish, this firm was professional and great to work with. In fact they have successfully won me the very trademark which I was after; and all at a very reasonable cost. I recommend this firm to anyone in need of trademark for your business!

I am a practicing trial lawyer of 30 years in Florida, who focuses on David and Goliath complex litigation. I thus understand what it takes to be one of the best lawyers in your chosen field. Though I have litigated complicated intellectual property cases, I had never previously sought to obtain a trademark. I hired LegalZoom thinking it could give me the basics of what I need and guide me. As a lawyer, I thought I could figure the rest of it out. What I discovered with LegalZoom is that 3/4 of the time it guided me in the wrong direction, identified the wrong categories where our trademark should fit, constantly asked me to provide the same information over and over again, and failed to deliver what I thought I was purchasing. I would argue with them and they would insist they were correct, which I ultimately found to be inaccurate. And, LegalZoom is not cheap. I then found Chris Day and his very skilled assistant, Amy Goodwin, and they did exactly what they said they would do exactly when they said they would do it and did a phenomenal job of getting us back on track and correcting the LegalZoom initiated errors. They also did so for very reasonable cost. I know when I'm dealing with one of the best lawyers and, without a doubt, Chris Day is. And Amy Goodwin is as sharp and as pleasant as you will find. You cannot go wrong with Chris, Amy, and their staff. Feel free to Google my name and call me in Florida if you have any other questions. Don't pay too much attention to these Avvo numerical ratings. This company starts out by rating a lawyer as competent as Chris at a 6.5 out of 10, or whatever, implying that he is not as good as the lawyers Avvo rates at, for example, 10 out of 10. Doing so in my opinion as a trial lawyer who has litigated well-known defamation cases is exactly that-defamation, as well as objectively unsupported disparagement. It is also very deceptive for the public. To categorize a lawyer, who has earned his reputation amongst those who really count, as being on the surface less competent is very dangerous for Avvo and similar companies that solicit lawyers to subscribe to their business model or pay a fee to become one of their premium members. Chris Day doesn't need that, but the public needs to understand just how misleading these numerical ratings can be. Trust me when I say as a lawyer who knows Chris Day is more competent than 99% of the lawyers on Avvo with a 10 out of 10 rating who claim a similar expertise. They better be careful before a lawyer like me decides to demonstrate to them formally the significant defect in the business model. We'll see whether they publish this because if they don't that just might incentivize me a little more.
