What can I say about CH except that he is the perfect hybrid of resilience and compassion. His innate ability to see obstacles in such a unique manner which enables him to figure out a solution no lawyer will see coming is what makes him THE MAN! He won't use a sledgehammer or a huge pogo stick to get through or over the wall.... he simply dissolves the weakest weight - bearing brick of the wall and watches her come tumbling down! My divorce and child custody issue is as messy as it gets. International - possible kidnapping, physical threats - all the pieces for a really good Lifetime made for TV movie. But with CH on my (and your) side, he brings his legal mop and pail to clean everything up like there was never a mess. Stop searching..... CH is your future lawyer,,,,

Brilliant is the best way to describe Cody Hayes. I had an extensive, and very complicated child custody case that spanned over several years (I used many different well known attorneys and still did not accomplish my goal). Cody Hayes is extremely intelligent and knowledgeable about family law and noticed things that my previous attorneys all missed. Mr. Hayes was great to talk to. He answered all my questions and asked me a lot of questions. He was very honest. He didn't seem to say things to earn my business but to educate me on what to do and what to expect. He presented me with his rates which were fair and competitive.

We began our case to modify my husbands parenting plan and child support with great trepidation. My husbands ex-wife was not receptive to the changes that he wanted and so began a 10 month stressful journey to say the least. Cody was able to help us navigate through all the nastiness without ever having to go there ourselves. He gave invaluable insight throughout the entire process and repeatedly gave us advice on how to respond appropriately and always had the best interests of the children in mind. He guided my husband through a successful mediation and support agreement. He also provided us with a book at the conclusion of our case which has a lot of useful information and we have already made some positive changes from that. It seems to me from my court room experience with Cody that winning your case is based on preparation. Cody prepared hundreds of pages of information and exhibits which were essential in explaining our case. The court room is surprisingly fast paced as each side races through their argument. Giving the judge a concise picture of your argument and objective that can't easily be distorted by opposing council is very much based on preparation. Cody excelled in this area and was extremely articulate in conveying and stepping the judge through that information.

Cody take the time to give me insightful information that was knowledgeable and factual,normally retaining an attorney is not the most pleasant experience but he made my experience pleasant and painless as possible I appreciate him assisting me .I would personally recommend him
