I was $8k in for no results before I switched firms. What was I paying for? It’s all about fees and charges. The last $1500 was spent on three calls and closing out my case. I saw no results for what I spent towards divorce. Starting over with a new firm cost me less than staying with this one. Admin loved sending correspondence first thing in the morning with no regard to the situation or feelings that could come from what was being sent. This was not more than 2 months of my Life, divorce, and money I won’t get back. Daniel and Nic were willing to listen and explain things. The attorney I was working with didn’t and then would fault me for not understanding. I knew my divorce wasn’t going to be cheap but $8k in two months doesn’t seem right? Definitely not putting the client first. My new attorney is double the hourly rate and making progress.

David is extremely knowledgeable and had a strategy from the very beginning that proved effective. He never miss represented the range of possible outcomes and was always responsive. This man is a true legal genius who cares about people's rights. We all have our ideas about what justice is but they don't always fit in the legal framework. Ken seems to take that desire to see justice done, bring into the justice system. He takes his time, dealing with the prosecution, exploring every avenue for his client. He seems to be a very patient man, using a magnifying glass to show areas that the judicial may miss in a person's life. This can give his client the second chance to prove that he is a useful member if society. Yes, getting past the bloom of youth. Thank you so so much Ken, for doing such a great job for us.
