Seems like a reputable law firm with good reviews, however the staff hired is a direct reflection of the company, and their current front desk receptionist Kayla Bates came to my place over the weekend in my parking lot smoking weed and threatening to fight me and asking me if I want to come downstairs and get beat up over a man. A woman she knows is pregnant. What type of professionalism is that? I called and spoke to the executive team Holly and Tammy and was assured they would address the issue with said staff.

DO NOT USE this company. Steve wolfson and Robert Schwartz are currently under investigation for knowingly helping an alcoholic man defraud the courts to keep his children so he wouldn’t pay child support. After bilking the man because of his disease for over 500k, they fired him and made “rising star”….wonder why…. These a white collar criminals. Keep your family safe and stay away from there guys. Family Law Attorney Leonce Richard has some outstanding reviews, therefore, I felt comfortable hiring him. However, I am at a complete puzzle as to how anyone involved in a court case could hire him and be pleased about it! He is experienced & legally knowledgeable; however, in my opinion, he does NOT belong in the courtroom. To say he "argues" in court is a gross overstatement! He barely utters any verbal points or support for his client. Never preps his client for what might happen, what might be points brought up in court & how to answer questions, etc. His legal knowledge is good & he has been an attorney with Dickinson Wright PLLC for some time and that's where it ends. In my divorce, I was sued 4 times in 8 years by my ex-husband, leaving me in almost a continued state of litigation for 8 years. With each trial, Mr. Richard knew & remembered less and less about the initial divorce until the 4th trial when he literally sat there and uttered NOTHING...not a syllable, in my defense. By the time of my 4th trial, EVERYTHING I was awarded in the first court trial was taken away from me because of so many points that were never covered & reinforced since the initial trial. At times, I tried to add information at trial and it was mostly declared as "hearsay" because Mr. Richard never submitted the information to the courts pretrial. The list of grievances goes on & on. Again, in my opinion, Mr. Richard does not belong in court since he does little to nothing to protect & defend his client or discredit with legitimate information the opposing client!

I would definitely recommend Dustin for your attorney needs. He provided me with consultation and I couldn't of had a better experience. He was very understanding, listened closely, extremely knowledgeable and presented me with all my options. I was sincerely impressed by his professionalism. Two thumbs up.

An absolute asset, he is very honest which in some cases can be a hard pill to swallow but none the less in court he is perfectly professional and will do the homework to help your situation. I recommend him to anyone who needs help in the family court system. Dustin reached out with each update promptly, clarified each subject and put the facts in place.

During my divorce Dustin was not only provided exemplary legal services but he was also a huge support for me in other ways. He was always quick to answer his phone and talk me through the many problems that I was having with my ex. You have many options for divorce lawyers but do yourself a favor and don't choose a firm that you have to go through secretaries and paralegals before actually speaking with your attorney all the while being billed for your time on hold. Choose Dustin because when you call him, he will answer and he will always take the time to talk with you and help you no matter what your issues are.
