If I could give more stars I would. On June 27, 2017 was when my accident occurred. I was giving the number to call Kelly Law Firm by another individual whom I met in the hospital after going to the hospital. In a matter of 24 hours, I received a call back. A few days later I was in the office speaking with Gary and I was instantly happy with the things I was being told. I knew at that very moment I can trust this particular law firm. As a year went by my case took a small turn and things began to make me feel otherwise until I was able to speak with a very nice, welcoming and happy guy by the name of Cliff Frisbie. Cliff help me to understand why my case had taken a slow turn and again I felt much better about it all. I admit I had some worries being on the outside looking in and because this was also my first time having to go through ever having to file a lawsuit. With only speaking with Cliff Frisbie over the phone for a matter of 4 months. Within the last 2 months of speaking with Cliff, I was able to finally meet him and just getting to know more about him and trusting in him. Cliff really went above and beyond. Not only did I win my case but I received back more than I expected on the day I picked up my check! Absolutely nothing but wonderful things to say about Kelly Law Firm. Let’s just say I broke down to the receptionist towards the middle of explaining my “brief” description of my need for help... I never cry.. lol. But my point in this is that I felt THAT comfortable with just the receptionist herself, I mean I literally broke down to her like I knew her for years lol 🤦🏼‍♀️ I trusted her just because she listened and she made time, she never said “that’s all I needed to hear or you could explain the rest to the atty for the consultation” This firm didn’t take on my case but they opened a door of hope just when I almost lost it all. Crazy to think that before making this call I told myself I couldn’t mentally break down to another person just for them to tell me “we don’t service in this but I’ll send you an email with referrals.” This was literally my last call for help, and she answered.
