Miscommunication between the attorney and the DMV/MVD regarding license suspension and SR-22 requirements

No exceptions. My husband was expecting one week suspension then the ability to get a restricted drivers license but it's actually a month suspension and more steps through the MVD. The interlock time being counted also did not begin until 6 months after our DUI so we had it installed 4 months early for no reason paying all the fees because we were given misinformation from the court, lawyer to MVD."
