We could not be more satisfied with the Law Offices of David Michael Cantor and the services they provided us with. Michael Alarid, III was the lawyer assigned to our case. His sharp set of skills was worth every penny! We were extremely impressed especially in the court room. He had full confidence and control. He was on top of it and he knew every extensive detail about our case. Michael didn't beat around the bush; he kept things very real with us. He knew exactly what he was doing and he played his cards very smart. We would highly recommend this law firm to anyone. It makes all the difference in the world when you have someone like Michael and his team fighting for you and standing by your side. We felt very safe and our rights felt protected, hence the nick-name we gave him, Michael our Archangel. This was a very fearful time in our life, 60+ years in prison (worst case scenario.) Everybody at the firm of DM Cantor, from the Administrative Assistant to the top attorneys all the way to the Partners, these professionals were incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to listen, provided all options and really attacked my case from a team perspective. I always felt like I was in the loop, the experience and knowledge these attorney’s had was second to none. The strategy they came up with in defending my case was methodical, consistent and aggressive. There was no waiting around to see what the prosecution was going to do. These amazing attorneys took the offensive, didn’t back down and let the prosecution know they were there to fight. Not only that, but the patience they showed me was appreciated and allowed me to trust them and not worry for months on end waiting for the process to take place. Everything was explained, they were able to make changes on the fly, but considering my case, my past record and the state of the public’s view on police played a major role in getting my first offer of 1.5 years DOC to a misdemeanor charge with no jail time or fines. The plea really was a miracle and like I said, everybody came together to figure out the best course of action. Look, I’ve had attorneys in the past. Some were okay, some lazy, some couldn’t close an elevator door, but these cats know their stuff and will be the law firm I refer everybody to and who I will use if I ever need to in the future. And hey, you want great representation, you gotta pay for it. But it’s worth every penny. No advertising on every billboard or corny commercials with a swing tune matching the last four digits of the phone number. Just solid lawyering and nothing but happy referrals. Overall, just unbelievable. I couldn’t be happier and this firm, as far as I’m concerned, is the best in the SW. They also always had somebody at my court appearances well dressed, very professional and a little swag which we all know is something needed in that environment. Overall, a solid 20 on a scale of 1 to 10. Couldn’t be more impressed or happy with the outcome.

I recently used the law offices for my case that was tried in Tempe and dismissed. The lawyer assigned to my case was Elizabeth Mullins. I was very impressed with her skills and her team. The day I showed up to court, she was there early and prompt. She was cool, calm, and collected which helped me feel at ease. She had many case studies to back up my case, and she was organized with all of my filings. Her and her team had really put forth the effort and done their homework. She took care of me and told me the step by step process on how everything was going to go. She met with me many times before our court date whenever something new had developed with my case. If I had any questions, comments, concerns, she would write or call me back by the end of the day if I had missed her. She made me feel at ease, as well as the rest of the law firm. They really helped me out. If I ever needed a lawyer again, they would be the first law group I would call.

A family member was recently represented by Mr. Hamby at DM cantor through a very lengthy criminal trial. One word to describe Mr. Hamby is simply, “elite” He was tactical with each sentence he spoke, it was as if he knew the prosecutors next move before they even did. Last night I found out that I might need the help of a lawyer. At 2:30 am, I called DM Cantor's 24 hour line and a live receptionist helped me book an appointment next day. I highly recommend this law firm. I am new to Phoenix area. However, the over all experience with the law firm is just so good, and magnificent. Exceptional service with consulting a person who is considering hiring an attorney. The firm is beyond helpful 🙂 they feel you; understanding the stress 😩 that disingenuous people place on you, in order to wear you out. We live in a waxing worse, and worse, wicked world, but this firm proves that there must still be good beyond the evil one, and his sons.

David Cantor and his attorneys are the reason I am walking free today. They helped me through a case where I was completely innocent and was being charged with a felony for up to 8-12 years.
