From the start, Mr. Black has been straight forward regarding my case, with regard to the direction he projected the case would go. Everything Mr. Black has told me that would happen, has happened without fail and in a very timely manner, which can be especially difficult during COVID times. His ability to communicate effectively and thoroughly has always been above reproach. He has ensured all known methods of communications (email, text, phone, etc) are always open, day or night, 7 days week. He, along with his staff has treated my wife and I like human beings, with the up most respect and dignity while going through these proceedings. He has ensured that all of our questions and concerns were answered in a manner that we could understand, as I had never been in trouble before and didn’t understand the process.
