David was hands down the best attorney I could have hired for my case. From the beginning he was upfront and honest about expectations while still being optimistic, extremely swift in his responsiveness, and just overall a pleasure to know and have on my side. I called around as we all do and talked to several attorneys before I landed upon David, and almost all other law offices I personally came across tried to use scare tactics to convince me I needed them specifically or I would go to prison for my crime... these offices know we’re desperate for help and will try to exploit that, please do not fall for this, and just go with Mr. Black who is professional, experienced, and has your genuine best interest at heart as his client. With him I wasn’t just a case number, but a human being he was truly trying to help get past this rocky time in my life, and I feel so grateful. He’s not only a fantastic attorney, but he’s a fantastic human that you’re almost sad to let go.. but happy he got you out on the other side. Thank you David!!!

David A . Black is a Great lawyer! I was charged with criminal assault misdemeanor along with other property damages and an intimidating police report. It was my first offense but jail time was still a possibility. After speaking to him, I immediately felt peace in mind and Made me feel that i was gonna be just fine. I had a number of 4 different court hearings throughout the months and I did not have to show up to any of the court dates only He did which was absolutely amazing, it took off so much stress. Finally, after all the hearings in court, David A.Black managed to get my whole case dismissed in which iam truly grateful for. Michael Alvarez was our attorney and left, Daniel Wilcox took over. He played " devil's advocate" so much during this case it caused us to emotionally break. Do not use. Michael Alvarez is at Barreda law. I suggest using him instead.

Don’t wast time with them . They are unprofessional and the Receptionist is rude .

Don’t wast time and money with them . They put me on the hold for 10 minutes and they didn’t call me back . They told me it will cost $1500 only then they said it’s $15000 for a small petition . Find another lawyer .
