Burch & Cracchiolo is an excellent law firm. My first experience was with Wendi Sorensen who so empathetic and understanding of our situation with our well known car insurance. Company. She directed me to Paul Kular as she thought he would be best suited to help our case. Paul Kular is an excellent attorney. He is quick, smart, detail oriented and a gentleman to work with. He guided us well, thoroughly researched our case before deciding to take it on as he did not want to waste any of our energies unless he thought it would be worth trying. Paul put together a detailed letter to this big insurance company, and based on the case he made the insurance company decided to change their decision in our favor. Thank you so much Paul. An absolute asset, he is very honest which in some cases can be a hard pill to swallow but none the less in court he is perfectly professional and will do the homework to help your situation. I recommend him to anyone who needs help in the family court system. Dustin reached out with each update promptly, clarified each subject and put the facts in place.

When faced with divorce I had an overwhelming feeling of helplessness. Dealing with a vast array of emotions and a thousand questions I didn’t have answers to was occupying the vast majority of my time. From my first consultation call with Dustin I knew he was the person I wanted representing and guiding me through the process. Dustin’s knowledge of the law, the process and his honesty surrounding expectations removed a lot of the anxiety and left me with the time and capacity to ensure my children were my main focus. Dustin was always readily available including evenings and weekends and although the process lasted over a year due to COVID, Dustin was always engaged and up to speed on my case. I have a great deal of respect for his professionalism and attention to detail and highly recommend Dustin to anyone faced with the unfortunate process of a divorce.
