I was very fortunate to have found Brian Sloan! He was very straight forward, to the point and always very prompt to answer any questions or concerns I had. I would highly recommend him as a strong DUI lawyer.

After receiving my DUI, I wasn't sure what to do or what the next steps would be. I was nervous/scared, but once I met with Brian, I knew that he was the right Attorney for me. He was able to lay the process out in detail so I knew what to expect going forward. He recommended classes that would help me in court and was able to get the Judge to allow those hours instead of taking additional classes. Brian is straightforward and a pleasure to work with. After reviewing my case, he sent me a detailed email advising that I take the plea and not go to trial, which I completely agreed with and appreciated that he didn't want to give me any 'false' hope. I only had to go to the courtroom one time which saved me from having to take multiple days off of work. He was always quick to respond and never made me feel like I was bothering him. I am extremely grateful to Brian for his help and how hard he worked to get me a plea that was much better than I was expecting!!

I cant say how much I am impressed with Mr. Sloan's work. It has been a long process with the court due to Covid. I went to Gilbert court today and left completely happy. Gilbert court is suppost to be tuff but the judge Mrs. Laurin was awesome. My 1st offense. I had BAL over 0.08. I took a 16 hour course. I have to pay 1600 in fines, no more classes, no jail time, no probation. Restricted license and most likely interlox soon. I recommend Mr. Sloan for your DUI attorney. I would have Been facing more. I also dont have a 3year SR22. Thank you Mr. Sloan. Your the best.

My DUI citation was my first encounter with the law since a speeding ticket in my twenties (I’m 75 now). I hired Brian Sloan to help me deal with the courts and the DMV. It was the best money I’ve ever spent. He clearly laid out the steps in the legal process I faced and ensured that I met my requirements when and how I was supposed to. He dealt with the court and the prosecutor on my behalf, and negotiated a generous plea deal for me. I had to appear in court only once, to enter my plea and pay court costs. Brian was the 3rd and last attorney I intended to speak with on the matter before making a final decision on representation.
