I hired Brian after meeting with and talking to a few other defense attorneys. I was nervous to go with a DUI specific lawyer that was cheaper because I didn’t want to make the choice based on cost alone - I wanted the best possible outcome for my case but also knew that I had a lot of expenses coming my way regardless. Each of the other attorneys I spoke to wanted almost twice as much up front. I am extremely happy with my decision to hire Brian. He is definitely all business via phone and email but I actually prefer that. He was up front about his opinion on my case and made the suggestion not to go to trial once he was able to negotiate a plea deal that we were both extremely happy with. He was always responsive and answered any question I had almost immediately. I won't be hiring him again because I won't be getting another DUI, but I would recommend him to anyone else in the same situation.

I was recommended to Brian by a person he had been a lawyer for, when I met him I was surprised and relieved to know/see that all these great things that were said about him were true! Mr. Sloan was honest throughout the consultation, never scared me into getting him as my lawyer (which had happened many times with different lawyers until I met him) he explained step by step on how my case would go and the reasons as to why they would/might go a certain way. It`s a pleasure to write this review for Attorney Brian Sloan. When I got arrested for DUI, I was not sure what to do. From the moment I met with Brian, he made me feel at ease. Brian was excellent to work with. He did not sugarcoat anything or give me false hope. Upon my case review, Brian suggested I take the plea and not give him more funds to proceed to trial. Most attorneys would have just taken my money. He listened to my concerns and negotiated a plea and the wording of my charge to my content. I would highly recommend Brian to my friends and family .

I recently got arrested for a dui, and was going to be charged with three counts of dui with one of those three being an extreme dui. I called around town, and spoke to five other Attorneys who each wanted to charge around $9,000 to take my case. I did some research online, and was able to find Attorney Brian Sloan. I saw nothing but good reviews online so I scheduled a consultation. Brian not only charged less than half of what the other lawyers wanted, but was the only Attorney I met with that seemed to take genuine interest in my case, and was straight forward with what he thought would be the best options for me. Throughout the whole case Brian kept me updated with everything i needed to know, and would always respond to any questions I had. I am more then happy with the results of my case, Brian was able to arrange a plea agreement that dropped two of the three dui charges including the extreme dui. Not only did I pay less then half of what other lawyers wanted, but I also came out of this ordeal with only a dui to the slightest degree charge. I would like to personally thank Mr. Sloan for taking time to help me out with my DUI. My jail time was reduced along with my fees that I owed to the court. He recommended me to take some counseling classes so that it would benefit in court to prove that I am trying to turn my life around. It not only helped me in court but after everything that happened I realized that I could do better in my life.
