Rich Peters is a very good attorney. He did everything he could to help me win my case. He told me in the beginning it could be a long & difficult case when dealing with the military. I appreciate how patient he has been with me. I am happy with how it turned out! I would recommend him to anybody who needed a family law attorney!!!

I hired Rich on two occasions: (1) a legal separation; and (2) for my partner to gain guardianship of her grandchild. In both cases Rich was very knowledgeable, explained the "ins and outs" of the applicable laws; gave good advice when requested; followed procedures very well; explained the legal proceedings before they occurred; kept us informed. He listened and followed through on what I/we wanted done. Prior to starting work he gave estimates of the costs which turned out to be pretty close in the end. He did not try to do more than we requested or talk us into doing more with the guardianship than we wanted. He was very helpful and understanding. He was prepared for court. In both cases I got the results I was looking for. My partner was also pleased with the results of the guardianship.

Answers emails promptly. Easy to contact and talk to. Very personable. Answered all questions I had and gave me different scenarios for my case.

Extremely efficient in getting us court appearances or telephone conferences with the Judge regarding visitation that was trying to be held from us.
