When I first went to Scott over a stressful contractor remodel job that ran way over the estimate. The contractor was suing me. Scott calmed down my fears over the legal process. Whenever I needed to talk to him he was there. He always responded back to emails and text messages quickly. He has a quiet, calm personality, but don't let that fool you. If you need a trial attorney he is an excellent negotiator with a solid ethical code. You can expect because of his ethical code that you will not be over billed for his time.
