Mr. Buckallew represented me last year and did a great job. I was looking at 2 counts aggravated assault with a deadly weapon 1 count disorderly conduct and leaving the scene of an accident. My first plea was for 3 1/2 years in prison and my public defender was not going to help me at all. So I picked up the phone and had about 12 consultations and the way Mr. Buckallew wanted to handle my case and the way he presented himself blew every other lawyer out of the water. So I hired him to represent me. My case went on for 2 to 3 months and I was never in the dark about what was going on and feel I got the best defense there is. I ended up getting 6 months in county jail and standard probation. Mr. Buckallew did everything he said he was going to do and I could see he actually cares about the well being of his clients. I felt like a horrible person after talking to some of the other lawyers and Mr. Buckallew never made me feel that way. So I just wanted to thank Mr. Buckallew and I would recommend him on any criminal case. He is a great lawyer and good person. Thanks.

Mr. Buckallew kept us informed throughout all proceedings and helped us receive the satisfactory outcome of dropped charges in exchange for taking an alcohol awareness class. I hired Mr. Buckallew to work with an out-of-state attorney in a criminal case that resulted in the loss of my driver's licence. The case was a very unusual one at best and the out-of-state attorney was not professional nor knowledgeable. Mr. Buckallew went above and beyond in both state's statutes to resolve the miscommunication and have my license renewed. I hired Mr. Buckallew to represent my son on two occasions, a Domestic Violence case out of Apache Junction which was solved to my satisfaction. The second case was a felony domestic violence dangerous weapon which was reduced to a class 1 misdemearnor with 18 months probation.
