Ms. Berke provided me with outstanding legal representation in the capacity of civil defense counsel after I was alleged to have violated Plaintiff's civil rights. After over four years of litigation, Ms. Berke achieved dismissal of the bulk of Plaintiff's claims via summary judgment, and the case was then settled for a nominal amount, far less than it would have cost to take the case to trial.
