Mr Gallagher has been professional on all levels of interaction with him. He is personal, he gets to know you as a person. And he helps you in any way he can help you. I highly recommend him. He is currently my lawyer and I could not have gotten a better one.

How I happened upon Mr. Gallagher, I couldn't tell you, yet I thank God I did. He made me feel as though I truly mattered and he would be right there with me the whole way, and he was! Even when he was presented with an issue, he reassured me that he would not let up and he didn't. He went above and beyond, resulting in an outcome exceeding expectations. When life throws you off tilt it can be extremely stressful and pretty scary to say the least. I was very lucky to have Brendan Gallagher represent me and my case. There were a lot of unknown details in my case and I was very nervous since I had never needed to seek out legal advice however, he came with great recommendations. He was sincere and took the time to go over all of my extensive questions. He proved to be very knowledgable about how the process would work and my options. He kept me informed and made effort to follow through when it really counted. There is no better feeling than having someone you trust in your corner. I am very grateful to have had Brendan by my side and I would recommend his services to anyone!

Really helped me out with my case, did a lot of great things to make the process go smoother. I got a settlement check after only two months for more than I thought I would ever get!!! My experience with dealing with legal situations is limited to say the least. I don't usually write these posted reviews, however I wanted to express my appreciation for Brendan Gallagher's services to him personally and his firm. I felt confidence in working with Mr. Gallagher even before we met. My neighbor recommended him after using his services as an injury attorney and going through 2 prior attorneys before acquiring Mr. Gallagher's services. He was "VERY" happy with his services and decisive action with his complicated case. With regards to my own simple case, I couldn't of chosen a better attorney. I even referred a friend to him. The first meeting was simple and open. He explained fees, due process and how we should best proceed in winning my case. I immediately noticed I had someone who is confident and knowledgeable working "with me", not for me. He was direct and concise. From the first meeting to the last I appreciated how he always clarified our expectations of what we needed to do as we met in his office or in court on two occasions. During these court proceedings I clearly recognized a mutual respect and comradery with the prosecutors. I found this to be comforting and helpful that he had the ability to find resolve even before getting into the courtroom. Thank you Brendan Gallagher for an enlightening experience! I hope I never have to do it again. If I do, I'm glad I found an attorney I can trust!

Brendan is an excellent lawyer; he has now helped us with 2 civil matters. He was prompt, attentive, and knowledgeable. Both of the cases were settled favorably and we were able to move on quickly. We have also used him for legal advice and recommendations. He is upfront with what he can and cannot do and will recommend another lawyer if he feels it is needed.

If I could give 0 stars as a rating, I would. Gallagher Law Group, PLC is by far the worst choice I could have ever made when seeking legal services- this includes Mr.Gallagher and his assistant William Jovel. My rating is based only on facts nothing personal. 1.Trustworthy- The little feedback I received regarding my brother's case was ALWAYS INCONSISTENT between the two. The attorney said one thing, the assistant said another definitely not professional and very frustrating to deal with. I was told that many things were going to be done for the case between court dates, and they were not. 2.Responsive- Never met nor talked to the attorney directly, not in the 2 months he had my brother's case. I put a face to the name the day he walked in the courtroom and found out his legal representation had been terminated for this case. In two months; the times I contacted the assistant (because the attorney never responded) were exactly three times. One of the three was a phone call, which went very sour since the legal assistant lacks communication skills and the ability to execute professional ethics. The inmate was visited 2-3 times during the entire process. This experience was like walking in a dark room with a blindfold, not what I expected considering this was a private hired attorney. 3.Knowledgeable- He might be very knowledgeable I don’t argue that. But what good is all this knowledge if it’s not put to work. His actions when dealing with this case were those of carelessness. Either he was too busy, he didn’t want to put the effort needed into this case, or just wanted easy money the faster the better. 4.Kept me informed- I met William the first time when I signed the contract seeking their representation. After that I got 1 email as an “update” telling me his next court date the time and location (something I already knew since family members were present in court). That one email was their only effort to give me an update on my brother’s case. The second email and phone call I received from William were only made because I was asking for updates and questioning their advances in this case. This was only the tip of the iceberg. Overall services by Gallagher Law Group, PLC in my situation would be “extremely dissatisfied”. Believe it or not this firm, this attorney, is already building a reputation for himself and it’s not a good one. I have heard it by word of mouth within people seeking services and inmates as well. His rude mannerisms and professional approach will catch up to him. You’ve been warned!!!!!
