Horrible service and staff

I have a case pending and so far things have been moving pretty fast. Sometimes it's kind of hard to get a hold of the lawyers but that probably because they're busy working on yours and other people's cases. They will usually call you back within 48 hours. I will update this review again accordingly once I receive my settlement.

So I hired on the 7th of April and they don't return calls nor do they keep the client updated ver unprofessional I've called and received no return calls absolutely rude and I wouldn't recommend these Jokes to any one. People do your research

When I first called in they were very helpful, then after I signed I never heard from them again. Each time I called the case manager and attorney were not available. I left numerous voicemails and they were not returned. I had to consistently follow up to get someone on the line. My case manager always seemed uninformed about my case. She was constantly out of the office and in occations rude when I told her I was fruatrated because I was not able to get any updates. If I would have known this was going to be my experience I would have chosen another lawyer to handle my claim. It has been 7 months since my accident. I was released from my doctor 2 months ago and I still have not received one call from Rafi Law Group to give me any updates on my case. I do not recommend them. Don't trust them with your case. I am very disappointed with their customer service and reliability.
