Broke knee in slip and fell at the mall (lol eat flooe) May 30 2020. I hired Rafi and trusted them. They have never responded or returned calls. I qsk s for updates and wasn’t given any. They ignored my questions and reassured me they have everything handled. Well 2years later they dropped my case because “insurance and liability).. I broke my knee AT THE MALL. Today they dropped claiming they contacted me in January.. lies. I spoke to one attorney last month and he didn’t mention that. He said they’re waiting in ambulance bill 🤦🏻‍♀️ now when it hits may 30 i can’t do anything. I still can’t bend knee. By far the worst company ever. Shouldn’t have ignored the bad reviews. RUN ! 2 years gone. They should be sued as a well. Horrible. Told me it was too expensive to go further and keep tying. Told me to find another appointment. Money hungry and selfish. Don’t. Go. Here !
