Will give them a call back they get the job done

Why does his ad campaign have to pollute every corner of this city and for how long?

Nothing but good things to say about Rafi. Customer service was always good. All my questions were answered . They’d call me back if i needed them to. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for someone who is reliable and professional.

The from desk’s Girls in this place is terrible, every time I call because still have something pending on my case after 6 month it’s was closed someone’s answer the phone and the most time her not ask my name, just tell me “ Can you wait in hold “, after that they transfer my call to some extension, I waiting a couple minutes in hold again and finally the call is end it. I need call two or three times more for somebody take my call, this happens today 08/16/22 and is same to the other times, after my 3er Calls today finally I speak with a profesional Man, who try to fix it the worse customer service I received a minutes earlier. This is the attorneys office and myself as same all the other customer we expect receiving a professional deal, the promotion on TV and bus stoop is a great deal but nothing can be better when you receiving a friendly and professional interaction with the person on the place you going for help you. Can I bring the names of the person’s work for you in from desk and other places who are responsible for the complaint I explain right now, I not write all this names because the brand name is Rafi Law Group and all this are your employees. I’ll hope can you find better staff for your all future customers.

I just want to say never have we experience such greatness in service and attention than with Sargina Desargones. Her level of confidence and experience has brought my case to my highest expectation. If we ever again need legal representation it will only be with Sargina. Mr. Rafi you are a lucky man to have her working for your firm. We are grateful for her knowledge and her service. Pobre comunicación , y aparte se están quedando un alto porsentaje en los casos , tuve un caso anterior hace días cerré otro y la verdad totalmente decepcionante ! No vuelvo con ellos no los recomiendo.

I worked with Sarah Stewart and Afshin, they were awesome to work with. They kept me in the loop of everything and they got to work. They didn’t play around, Afshin was on top of everything he was on the insurance company to get everything close.
