Need to work on communicating with your clients and make sure and give accurate information instead of blurring out false info...

When I had my accident I had the hardest time dealing with the other person's insurance so I contacted the Rafi Law Group and right away they made me feel like I can depend on them to get my case handled. Sarah Stewart is my paralegal for my case and she's been handling it with such professionalism, she keeps me informed on everything that goes on in my case. Since my accident my car ended up being a total loss, I was then out of a car, but with the help of Sarah she got it taken care of right away and helped get my pay out quick so I can get another vehicle for me and my family. When I have a question about something, she will answer me right away by either phone call, text or email. If I have trouble understanding certain things, Sarah will go above and beyond in explaining until I completely understand and feel comfortable and confident with my case. She is the BEST and because of her I totally feel like I'm in good hands with The Rafi Law Group.. they are amazing!

I was in a car accident and with so many injury law firms out there I chose to go with Rafi Law Group and I’m glad I did. My case manager Lionel Suazo and my Attorney Mrigank Nino Mishra were great. In may I was in a car accident that stressed me out and made my life go down hill. I’m 17 so as a minor crashing in my moms car I was extremely stressed and so were my parents. It was a brand new car that we were the first owners of. Our attorney has kept in contact and has been so responsive. Hes always there to answer our questions and answers our emails immediately. My family and I have never been in an accident but we’re glad to say we had them to walk us through it. It’s been 2 months and the property damage has been taken care of and I can not express how thankful I am. It’s always so difficult when it comes to the property damage but they found a way to make it work for us. RLG was being sincere when they said everything would turn out well. I recommend.

I am very happy I chose Rafi Law Group to help me with my accident case .
