I can not stress this enough do not come to this company they do not care about you will not keep you informed are rude and short tempered will not get you money in the first month for anything it's been 3 months and nothing has happened the intake specialist will be so nice so generous ONLY TOO get you to sign up with them to get you into a contract they will not be there for you will not help with getting anything car related done you do the footwork all on your own and they take a check for WHAT YOU ARE OWNED not them

Accident insurance claims are always a grueling process. But as soon as I got into an accident my husband called Rafi Law Group. They were quick to help and get things set up. Because of Covid things took longer than needed but the Rafi Team always were on top of making sure my questions were answered. I got into and accident with a person who didn't have insurance and was underage. I was 37 weeks pregnant and ended up having my baby as a result of the accident. Totaled my car And they did everything they could to get me the most money in my pocket, on top of hospital bills being paid. I can't thank Jaime, Maggie, Ryan and George enough for all they did.
