They never answer your phone calls Never the same person that helps You always have to explain your case to every person you talk to can you talk to because it's not the same person because it's not the same person you talk to every time you call you call The thing is you have to be calling them and calling them every day for them to answer you

The world can be a scary place especially after a automobile accident. And you need to be able to trust a lawyer to help you. Sometimes hard to do . Rafi law group is the one lawyer Afshin was awesome and saw that I was properly looked both with my medical treatments and my settlement so I could get back on with my life I absolutely recommend Rafi law group.

We were in a car accident, not at fault and started having trouble with our insurance company with getting things fixed and medical stuff addressed. Rafi Law Group was essential in getting our family taken care of and our car fixed. They took our information quickly and did the best they could to push thing right along (law stuff can take awhile). Their staff was also very nice and friendly and can speak both English and Spanish to help many people in Phoenix. I would definitely use them again if we are ever in need of their services.

They had my case for almost 3 years and all they would do Is not keep me informed of anything they would always change me lawyer's or staff I was never set safe when all lawyers I was set for kept leaving I don't think I got what I deserved plus everyone I would call they would put me on hold and say I'll leave a message for u to get a call back bs I never got a call back and girl were rude I recommend don't go to them I lost my teeth and I know u could've gotten more for settle ment but they did not fight my case

I've never been in a situation where I had to call an attorney, but when I had gotten into my 1st major accident I was directed to Rafi law group!
