Rafi Law Group has truly impressed me! They genuinely took care of me and also my case. The day of my car accident I felt very frustrated and confused. After reaching out to RLG they took my case with open minds and handled everything very professional. They are the best at what they do! As a client we need to understand everything takes time and that each case is different. Overall the amount of respect and clarity Rafi Law Group gave to me makes me even more satisfied. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

DO NOT HIRE THEM!!! They never return your calls back. Always telling you to leave a voicemail and never call you back. They even tell you that they will email them to call you and they never do. I have a case since Feb 2020 and was told that it was an easy case and will take from 3 to 6 months and still nothing resolved. They lie to you and the worst is they can't keep staff. They always change paralegals and always get a different Lawyer when I finally get a hold of someone. I really regret not using Golberg n Osborne. Till now still haven gotten a call back and I left 4 message 2 weeks ago.

They always say don’t worry we would call you back but they never do ! I have never received a call back ever , been on a chase with my whole case , no call backs no updates .

****** UPDATE*** theyfailed to pay all the bills they were supposed to in the settlement t. My disability is now short $100 a month until the bill in question is paid Not haappy at all. ***The accident was not our fault. We were rear ended and pushed into another call. At 1st everything seemed ok. We went to the appts and did everything they told us too. Then came communication despite being told they would answer all questions they didn’t. Getting and kind of a response via phone or email has been almost nonexistent unless I got grouchy. In all of this we lost our vehicle and without my sons job, we were evicted, on the streets I was attacked, more exposure to covid and we lost all of our things including my parents ashes. They managed to take a bad dream and turn it into a nightmare. To top it off neither my nor my sons injuries were taken care of. We were diagnosed and treatment was suggested. The trigger point injections made me sicker and weaker. I am 53 and already suffer from RA, osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia pain is not new to me and I will live but it’s made it harder as the lower back was effected. Information was repeated weekly or every other week if I managed to get ahold of someone. We were not in the loop as the settlement negotiations at all. We were told 3wks ago the settlement checks would be available in that time. Well somehow their mail was rerouted and checks had to be canceled and reissued. So we are going into a extreme heat warning this week and we have no way to keep me cool and ice already shown signs of heatstroke/exhaustion. We have no money for anything food, drink ice. For over a month now I’ve had issues holding anything down. They don’t care at all. Supposedly they fought hard for us to get the best settlement but for what? We’ve already lost everything and now it’s life or death and we are still being jacked around. This is wrong on many many levels.

Were very professional and extremely helpful in my case, took great care of me and if I were to have an accident or know of someone I'd recommend Rafi Law Group
