You’d think because of all the advertising they do, they’d have great service but no. Every time we call they tell us we’ll send them an email so they can reach out to you. It’s been over a month w out contact. The assistant handling our case hasn’t kept us updated. No way to reach them. I just called to ask what can we do in regards to communication, and they said there’s not much they can do besides send an email. I know we aren’t their only clients, but at least make each client feel heard.
