I had a horrible experience with this law firm. They wasted my time stringing me on making me think I had a case just to have my car sit in a tow yard and aquire fees due to their lack of communication and clarity. I had actually posted a review before but got a call from them apologizing and basically asking me to remove my comment so I did. But after thinking about it i honestly think it was wrong for them to even ask me to remove my review. It prevents people from getting an honest view on what it might be like dealing with them. I'd appreciate it if you guys at rafi's didn't contact me again when I needed to talk to you guys I couldn't ever get a answer or a email back so keep that same energy!
