Very unprofessional, they dont call you back, they try to bully you into taking less than you should. I was offered 5900 for my vehicle and they told me to take it when my own insurance valued it and paid out 18,500.

Some of the greatest people work here; I was in a car accident and totaled my car, flew out from the window no less, had to pay court, walk to and from work until I got a second job with a friend. The wonderful case worker of mine, Esmeralda, sent me to an amazing chiropractor that was able to relieve a substantial amount of pain from my body. Next thing I kno, being an awesome incredible case worker, she aggressively fought to get the damages on my vehicle repaired. Nonetheless, she would subsequently refer me to a Young lady by the name of Samantha. Ms Samantha shoes me all these papers with all these words on it and I told her I was illiterate with stuff like this; she broke down my entire case in a matter of seconds, and next thing I know, Ms Samantha is already halfway done winning the battle of my case and I just met her. Rafi Law Group and all it's associates are some real, and real extravagant individuals. 👍💯

Not helpful at all never received a call to have updates on case. Weren't able to do nothing on regards to my accident took them 2 yrs to just send a letter stating that they could no longer represent me and person I spoke with last just keep saying sorry but I was not in charge of your case then "why are you responding to me"...just bad service in total.
