Rafi law group has been an absolutely great experience. This was my first time dealing with an attorney all on my own, and they made the process easy, fast and super friendly. Everytime I called they were extremely friendly and helpful , including the receptionist. The attorneys, paralegal, legal assistants, and receptionists kept great communication with me. Answered any questions I had, and always got back to me in a timely manner. I answer for a large group of attorneys, so being treated the way I would treat our clients was wonderful, I would 100% recommend them to anyone and have told everyone about my great experience. They even acknowledged my birthday! Which was a small but very sentimental gesture that went a long way. Thank you for everything you’ve done and I will definitely use Rafi Law Group again!

Great customer service...everyone is friendly

My son Adan was in a car accident and we didn’t know who to talk to. Rafi law Group took care of everything. They are an extremity friendly and professional team who guided us through the whole process. So like anybody else everything started when I didn't know what to do the one phone call they help me to resolve a legal problem and something that it was so overwhelming for me and my family so we got here buy a driver and I feel bad for him because it was an accident you can legislate see the frustration on his eyes but you never can know what's going to happen with the insurance of the other person right so this man had already said that yes he understand that he did wrong but he should insurance didn't want to pay us so we contact Rafi law wouldn't have to do anything they take care of us they make the appointment is for the doctor the Chiropractic then they talked to my mom what's so much respect that I admire all the girls and guys they work there they treat us like family they legitly seen concert I thank them for helping us and relieving the stress I'll even have my key change so it reminds me that I can count on them for any legal problem .. five stars
