I alway come to Rafi Law Group when I have an accident they always make me feel welcome and always help me with any questions I had Two accidents and for both the accidents I been with them so I do recommend Rafi Law Group.

Accident in August 2018. Finished treatment in November 2018. It’s May 2019...... I don’t even know if the doctor bills were paid, much less a settlement to me. I quit calling this law firm for updates on my case. I expect to start receiving medical bills and collection letters for all the treatments they sent us to.

1 10-2-19. I'm adding to this review for the following reason. My wife's medical treatment were completed in late January and still no resolution to the case. She was hit from behind, which should be an easy case for any law firm. I keep getting the run around and find it hard to believe the other adjuster hasnt return a call or email with a counter offer. Again no updates unless I call. Honestly, I'm contemplating filing a claim with the Az State Bar. Please ignore the all the positive reviews. No call back or replies to emails is the reason i'm writing this review. it's been over a month since our last email and voicemail with no replies. I finally met with Daniel S and was promised this would never again. it's been a month and we're still waiting to hear form Daniel. Do not recommend this law firm. 2-5-2020 I'm updating my review because nothing has changed. Rafi Law group does not litigate there cases. I was referred to another attorney that litigates for them. Now my 30% fee turned into 40%. This law firm is a joke. Lawyers that hire another lawyer to litigate cases. That lawyer along with Rafi are not returning emails nor phone calls. I will be filing a complaint with the Az State Board. 4-19-21 Another update, Still have not received any settlement from this case. We called 6 months ago and were told that they were negotiating the reduction of medical bills. I find it very difficult to understand the lack of customer service from both Rafi Law and The Brill Law Firm. I'm not sure if they understand what customer service means. Rafi, quit spending your money on advertising all over Phoenix and spend money training employees on customer service!! 10 -2021. Finally settled because we had no choice. Rafi Law Group is a joke!!!!!!!! Please do not ignore the negative reviews. I don't know how they get 5 stars from other people.

Would recommend Rafi Law Group to anyone who has been rear ended in a car accident. They took great care of me after all the visits for my back injury and now I’m feeling better and back on road!
