At first, I had 1 star, with a bad review! I got a call from Mr. Rafi, himself today (1/17/19) apologizing for a situation which had to do with the reception staff. I can't tell you the last time, if ever, I've had a call such as this one! He actually took the time to listen to the call/message, then get back to me!! Although, he wasn't the right attorney for the case I had, he sent an email with recommendations, after listening to my situation. I can't say I have ever talked to an attorney as nice and as genuine as he was to me!!! Someone who TRULY cares about not only his business, but his clients/potential clients! He will be the first attorney, I look up, if I need one. Thank you, Mr. Rafi!
