I definitely felt that she put her self in my shoes and always did everything she can do and more.As you everyone should getting to an accident is stressful you don’t know where to even begin sometimes specially in my situation it was my first one and She was amazing! After expericing a car accident that was not my fault, I turned to the Rafi Law group for advise. The minute I walked into the office I felt at ease, I felt welcome and comfortable. The entire staff was extremely helpful and friendly, they answered all my questions with no hesitation and walked me through the entire process patiently. They communication was awesome through out the entire process of my claim and they took care of absolutely EVERYTHING, I didn’t have to move a finger, not even deal with my own insurance company, they handled it all! I’m specially pleased with the way Daniel Sotelo handled my case, I trusted him since the start and got an amazing resolution. This law firm is great!
