I’ve had the best service here and wouldn’t mind recommending this place to any and everyone was very friendly

I would like to begin by saying that I never have once felt I was valued as a client EXCEPT for at the beginning when I had a paralegal that unfortunately all of a sudden stopped working for Rafilawgroup. Now that I have a new paralegal, it is almost like I do not matter and my calls / emails will go unreturned. I have requested updates on my case for five months in which not once has this new paralegal reached out to me. Matter of fact, I get ignored. I have requested that if a phone call is too much to ask for that I wouldn’t mind being emailed with a status update. However, that apparently was too much to ask for as well. I can call for a whole month and will not receive a call back. I am currently waiting a week again and have left two messages that still have been ignored. I should have listened to the reviews before and am now considering pulling my case and taking it elsewhere. Horrible service and staff that make you feel like you do not matter, choose another attorney.

Very friendly staff, always kept me updated and they even mainly contacted me via email per my request.

I loved the treatment I received from this agency... Very professional and the staff from the receptionist to the people who took care of my case was wonderful. So wonderful I had to send one of my friends to them to help them on a case and I wouldn't hesitate to use the law office again for my own personal use if needed but also will recommend them to other people I know. Rafi Law Group is amazing. Bill and Amber totally did everything for me. They worked on getting my car repaired and making sure after I paid all my medical bills I still was taken care of. I hope I’m never in an accident again, but Rafi will be where I go if I am!!!

Very good job

I went to Rafi Law Group after an accident and they were great. Amber was my paralegal and she helped me through the property damage from getting a rental to getting a fair amount for my car. I was able to see my Dr and feel better and really be taken care of. They were there every step of the way and totally put the client first! The entire staff was friendly and helpful!
