I was going to take a relative here but the bad reviews sound way more believable than the good ones which do sound a little fake. Thanks for the review guys. I will stay away. Good customer service is priceless and this place sounds shady.

Very busy & not personable , lack organization.When we met with the lawyer he was very rushing & only met with us for 5 minutes. Which effected our case , he missed some things . Which would saved us a lot of time . He told us our case was resolvable & easy . We gave a down payment (which was later reimbursed)Then we go to a second appointment & go over with the paralegal to fill out paperwork & she said they made a mistake in not catching info that they should of caught in the beginning , She said that there's nothing we can do. Won't come back to this office .

This is an outstanding firm! I would refer anyone there. Mrs. Jones and her staff are knowledgeable, honest, and responsive. My mother and I both received immigration help from this firm. They followed up promptly and answered all of our questions. Great customer service!

They are writing their own google reviews. Listen to the ones that say POOR customer service. You will be treated horribly here. My emails have not been returned and neither have my phone calls. Unfortunately I have left a money retainer with them. It's a nightmare... STAY AWAY.
