In my opinion, this law firm took on a critically hard case. They've been amazing with communication. Extremely knowledgeable in the areas they practice in, very friendly and very professional. Would highly recommend.

Was referred to John Curtain and agreed to have him handle our wrongful death case. He did a Very Poor job and was aided by 2 other attorneys. The case was settled out of court with the 3 Lawyers getting 70% of the settlement. They charged for everything lunches,paper,coffee,paperclips if it was used it was charged to us. Even a trip to Utah by one of the attorneys. I would never recommend them.

My wife amd I had paid another attorney for BK advice only to have the then worst experience of out life. Gary stepped in on recommendation of the BK help center and WOW what a difference! Gary, and his staff, were knowledgable, helpful, kind, and thorough. Not only did he have to redo the entire case, but he helped us get our money back from the other attorney who had us in the wrong chapter of bankruptcy. Gary even was able to save our personal injury claim of $27,000 where the other attorney told us we would lose it in the BK. Gary was so knowledgeable about the process, that we he found the right, legal, and ethical way to save us from disaster. He is also a good family man, kind to his clients, and is well respected within the BK community. We have had to have the Department of Justice involved in our previous case involving the other attorney and we even had to go to court as a witness against the other attorney and having the DOJ, the US bankruptcy attorney, and other staff from the DOJ involved, they all knew Gary, and seemed to really have a great deal of respect for him. At the end of the day, you won't find a nicer man that can do a job as good as him, in the valley. My wife and I highly reccomend this knowledgeable and professional attorney. Five years ago our situation was dire and we luckily found Gary. His calm demeanor with his professional approach was key to us choosing Gary.
