I've had the misfortune of needing an attorney a few times in the past, but had the good fortune of using Jess on a few occasions. Jess is generous with his time. He explains everything in detail and is very receptive to input. I have recommended him to others in the past and would do so again!

Would not recommend Frank Mead. He represented me for my license. He was paid 3500 dollars to represent me at a board meeting and said he was prepared. He contradicted statements I had made on record, which he said he listened to and made my case look that much worse. He was unprepared to answer the questions the board had for me and I had to answer everything and was unsure of how to handle it. He assured me before that I would not have to talk and that is exactly what I had to do. He had no clue what he was doing and when I told him that I was disappointed and felt we could have been more prepared he threw every mistake I made in my face when I was already at my lowest when he told me before “it is water under the bridge”. Well it wasn’t and he blamed me for his poor and unprepared representation and did not help or prep me in any way. I spent 3500 dollars for him to sit there like a dope while I tried to protect myself and needed help. I could have done it on my own and had the same outcome. Please do not put yourself in this position. He will talk you up and make you feel like you’re going to win and do well and get justice and does nothing but hurt your case more.
