Amazing customer service!! I used Carreno Law for an accident I had a few months ago and was impressed by the service I received. They always got back to me when I had any questions and were very patient with me. Would definitely recommend!

I called Miss/Mrs Carreno to discuss a possible premesis lawsuit and we agreed to talk on Friday to allow her time to look into the situation. Friday came, I cancelled some meetings I had for school and work since I’m working from home and then instead of it being her, calling, it was her assistant telling me she wouldn’t take my case. When I asked her assistant as to reasoning, her assistant told me she never said, why. This completely unprofessional of a lawyer to do. It’s not soMuch the fact that she couldn’t take my case, it’s the fact that she told me that she would personally give me a call to discuss, and she never did. She let her assistant do the dirty work and then to top it off, she didn’t even leave an explanation as to why. At least have the decency, to explain to potential clients as to why you cannot take their case instead of just tossing them aside like trash. Definitely do not recommend.
