I first used Google to find a family lawyer and the Hernandez Family Law firm came up. I met with Wendy for an initial consultation and hired the firm after the interview (a lot of questions on their experience). I was hoping all my items could be settled without a trial but the other side was having none of that. The advice and service that was received was in my opinion second to none. Their responses to questions were answered in a timely manner. The time spent on my case was reasonable for what was needed, (not trying to add time just for billing reasons). During trial Wendy was straight to the point in her questions on both sides and did not back down on the hard questions that needed to be asked. Her advice was sound, performance was strong, not flawed and in the end the court ruled in a fair settlement for my side. I would absolutely recommend the firm and her services to anyone needing a family attorney. If in the future if I need more help on my case I will not hesitate to contact her firm. I highly recommend her firm to anyone needing help in any family matters. In my opinion you will not be disappointed with her legal advice and representation.

She is up front and direct and strong in the decisions she takes or recomends her whole team are respectfull and caring make you feel like you are cared about. I recently met with this firm’s founding attorney. I had to share this review, since I had such a wonderful experience with all the staff, especially Wendy Hernandez. Setting the appointment with the attorney was simple and timely. The office is conveniently located in central Phoenix and parking was simple. As I arrived early for the meeting, I found the reception staff very considerate of my needs. I am planning to be a single mother by choice, so I needed to discuss legal issues surrounding parental rights. The element I appreciated most about the meeting is that Ms. Hernandez never seemed to be in a rush and listened to my concerns contently. She intermittently asked questions to supplement information she thought was important to the legal aspects of the consultation. I was impressed with her ability to not candy coat anything and the fundamental knowledge she had on the subject area without any prior knowledge of the subject matter to be discussed. In the end, I felt listened to by a very competent, professional, and thorough attorney. Although I understand any contractual agreement can be contested, this law firm is my choice to have on my side when dealing with any family related legal issues. Lastly, I’ve since followed the firm’s Facebook page. Ms. Hernandez provides really interesting pod casts and articles related to family law. The firm provides perspectives and support that I haven’t seen offered in any other family law practice environment.
