Unprofessional and rude customer service
“I called today looking to schedule a consultation but the gal on the other end of the phone told me "that isn't how it works" so I asked to please tell me how the process went... to which she hung up on me. I tried to call back twice and she picked up and hung up the line without saying anything.”
