A friend recommended Alicia to obtain permanent residency for my husband and from Day one Alicia made me feel very comfortable. She is great attorney in every aspect of the word. She was communitive, respectful, easy to work with and most of honest. I loved the way she handled our case from beginning to end. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for an immigration attorney.

She is an amazing immigration Lawyer! I went to her for a free consultation in deciding between a K-1 and K-3 visa. I was sold from that meeting and hired her to help me get a K-3 Visa for my current wife from Brazil. She explained the entire process to me. She handled all of the immigration paperwork from the beginning to the end of the process. Even now after I we are in the U.S. she has followed up and checked on us. You will be smart to use her for any of your immigration needs. She answers emails very fast (usually within an hour) and is not bothered with many questions. One of my friends is working through the same process without a lawyer and it has been a nightmare for him (and his wife is not in the U.S. yet). I give her my highest recommendation.

Ms Heflin helped us with our immigration case, from our first visa application through to our LPR/AoS approval. She was extremely knowledgeable, but most importantly was available for questions and to reassure us any time we needed it. We could have done our case without an attorney, but having Alicia available to catch paperwork when we were out of the country for our visa application was invaluable. Knowing that she would get any case updates and be able to respond if necessary was definitely a contributor to our being able to sleep at night while we waited for our visa application to go through. Alicia was also able to provide a tremendous amount of comfort while we waited for updates during the infamous USCIS Plague shutdowns of 2020. Our LPR interview ended somewhat ambiguously, and Alicia was able to communicate the real situation and reassure us; if we hadn't had her, we would have been far more anxious. Our AoS approval came three days later, just as she predicted. We aren't done yet, we still have a removal of conditions and a naturalization application to do. We will absolutely be working with Ms Heflin again for those applications. And we have, and will continue to recommend her to anyone we speak to who needs an immigration atty, whether they know it or not.
