Mary Kay Fowler, she got the job DONE!.

Currently working in reconsideration for my husband's disability claim. We've been working with Mary Kay since August of 2022. We have never met her. Communication isn't there, only ever when I hunt her down or she needs information. Can't help but feel like nothing is getting done and I'm going crazy looking for answers or help. I can't help but feel like we aren't important to the firm, however to my family of 6 this is our entire livelihood and him getting disability approved is the only way we will ever be able to get a home for our kids and pay our bills.. I'm terrified and I have no idea what is going on. I've repeatedly left voice-mail and even emails requesting calls with not even an acknowledgment of my request. I feel defeated and hopeless, and utterly depressed and I continue to work and try to keep my family afloat. I dont know what else to do.

I rated this law firm a 5 star mainly due to Tina Fushek she is a FABULOUS assistant there! I was having in issue contacting my attorney at the firm. Therefore, I reached out to his assistant Tina Fushek. She returned my call that same day and had my issue resolved within 24 hours. Since that first time she has always responded to my calls within 24 hours, and in most case that same day. She is always professional, courtesy, and a true asset for her clients. Thank you, Tina you are a life saver!

After my husband died last year after a work injury I became homeless I'm also disabled and 60. I thought there would be somewhere I could find help long story short I suffered in the Arizona heat I went to several law firms and was turned down by 4 of them now finally in a homeless shelter I went to Taylor & Associates and when Chris said he would take my case and that he knew the insurance co. that was denying me benefits I was due and to make sure I kept them updated with a phone number I cried tears of relief I knew he meant what he said. Over a year now since my husbands death and with the settlement Chris helped me get I'm not homeless and just got a new car. Thank you Taylor & associates you helped a homeless disabled widow not be out on the streets I will forever be grateful to you
