Spoke with Mark at this firm after having concerns of a warranty breech of contract with my HVAC service company. I was hoping to learn what options I have to get the HVAC company to complete service on my unit that went out after only a few months leading us to live in a hotel with a toddler due to the house being 90-95* for the past week.
