For EEO attorneys you would think they believe any and all people can be discriminated against but they don’t. My job is going to implement racial quotas and they immediately refused my case. California vs Bakke forbids racial quotas Grutter v bollinger. 539 U.S. 306 (2003), Gratz vs bollinger upheld that racial quotas are unconstitutional.

Worst experience ever!!!. This law firm will only take your money. We were with them for almost 2 years and they were never able to do anything for the case... They would only call to ask for a payment and when you would ask them about the case they would always say they needed more information... There is a short lady who thinks she's the owner or something. We would always ask her to speak with Rafael but would always tell us he doesn't have time and that she would take care of the case... After we paid all the money they asked us for the case that same lady decided to tell us they could do nothing about our case and ended up lying and saying I canceled everything with them... Which was not true because those words never came out of my mouth... I just wish she would have given us the opportunity to speak with Rafael but she always said he was too busy or that he didn't have an open tome for us.. Good luck to all of you who decide to stay with this firm... And I hope they don't just take your money and they can actually do something for your case...
