TERRIBLE SERVICE! YOU WILL REGRET IT ALL YOUR LIVE IF YOU GO HERE! If you are thinking of going here, save yourself your money ! They are not organized at all! They never know anything about the case! They don't care about anything! All they want is to collect the money and they never intend to really help you! They are very bad team they changed as many times of advisors in these years they never knew anything, my dad always had to tell them the case again because they never knew it. The day he had the telephone interview with them to advise him the day before his interview at the consulate again they did not know anything about the case and instead of the lawyer talking to him they put the adviser on the phone again They sent the incomplete papers for the interview to the consulate and a day before they had to print them. They never answered messages or calls! And in the interview at the consulate they told my dad that he was missing a specific paper of the criminal record and they never asked for that one. PÉSIMO SERVICIO! SE VAN A ARREPENTIR TODA LA VIDA SI VAN AQUÍ ! Si están pensando en ir aquí ahórrense su dinero y tiempo perdido! No están nada organizados! Nunca saben nada sobre el caso! No les importa nada! Lo único que quieren es cobrar el dinero y nunca tienen la intención de ayudarte en realidad! Son muy mal equipo cambiaron como muchas veces de asesores en estos años nunca sabían nada, siempre mi papá les tenía que contar otra vez el caso porque nunca sabían. El día que el tuvo la entrevista por teléfono con ustedes para asesorarlo un día antes de su entrevista en el consulado otra vez no sabían nada de el caso y en vez de hablar la abogada con el pusieron al asesor de nuevo. Mandaron los papeles incompletos para la entrevista al consulado y un día antes tenian que andarlos imprimiendo. Nunca contestaban mensajes ni llamadas ! Y en la entrevista en el consulado le dijeron a mi papá que le faltaba el récord criminal y ese nunca lo pidieron ustedes.

Great lawyers! (I’m not getting pay to say this, it’s just the truth!)

Estuve por un par de meses esperando a que el abogado James Winings me ayudara a redactar una carta para migración, pero nunca lo hizo ya que esperabamos un reporte certificado de la policia que nunca llego, por lo tanto al pasar los dias y ver que el reporte de policia no lo recibia le dije que por favor procediera con la redaccion de la carta para hacer el envio de los documentos y me dejo practicamente en veremos hasta el día de hoy, dia de vencimiento para el envio de estos documentos, afectandome mi situacion migratoria ya que ahora tal ves no puedan ser enviados, yo confiaba en que el abogado me ayudaria a tener todo lo que migración solicitaba, pero no fue asi. Realmente no me gustaría que otra persona experimentara esta situacion, tomen en cuenta este mensaje. Gracias.

Listen to all the other low reviews, I promise you should hire someone else for your needs! I hired this firm in September after I got arrested for a DUI & they have done nothing but give me headaches. Their office clerks have no idea what’s going on with the cases even though they’re assigned to call, email, and text you with updates. Don’t ask them follow up questions because they won’t know and probably won’t follow up. Juan has been the only one to respond when needed out of the 3 email addresses I had for clerks. If Susie is assigned to your case, you’ll never hear from her. I have worked with 3 different attorneys as well, none of them familiar with my case off the top of their head. The last two were sent day of to cover my court proceedings, rushed me through the process, and that was that. To think I gave this place 5k to help me and instead I’ve been ignored, delayed, and made to feel like my case didn’t matter. They say they send notices, they say they’ll look into it, but they never return with updates. Look at the other reviews on their poor communication. I also have a green card and wanted to use this firm to assist with my citizenship application but they can forget it, I’ll never give them another dime. Maria herself emailed me that they didn’t deserve such a bad review, yet, misspelled my name. You’d think after being a client for 9 months, you could at least look that up before saying you did “good work” for me.

For anyone thinking about using Maria Jones lawyers do not used them because the lawyers who were involved in my case getting my fiance a K1 Fiance Visa never followed up on our status and at one time they sent her to her interview date and she was turned away because no one ever sent her packet forward and when she did finally get her interview again they never called me back on her interview date to see what happened and to this day 24 June they still have never called me to check on our progress even after leaving them messages luckily we found someone else who helped us complete the K1 Fiance Visa process and I'm happy to say my fiance is now here with me from the Philippines, don't waste your money with this company they are a BIG RIPE OFF and not worth using. I could use worse language and I really want to but I have Pride in myself. Just don't use this company

My husband and I came to Maria jones about 5 years ago we were charged $500 and they didn’t do anything they just said they couldn’t help him with getting his green card. There just there for the money and were unprofessional. But we found this amazing lawyer Aldo castañera and not only did he help my husband get his green card. He is now a U.S citizen
