Sat through a 40 minute sales pitch to be given unrealistic expectations of whats going to happen. Saying their goal is to have my case dismissed and they give you this giant sales pitch so they can hit with "WE CAN DO ALL THIS FOR AN INVESTMENT OF $7,450" ridiculous.

Been a client for 4 years already and it seems everytime I call, the legal assistant is never in the office and can't even return phone calls. I keep getting switched from one legal assistant to another and I don't even get an update on it. Very unprofessional. Only to call and have to speak with a representative that cant give any information or advice but can send a message and give their email, but if they can't legally help with information what do I want their email for instead of the legal assistants email???
