i wish i could give them no stars. my mom was a previous client of there's for a criminal case and they did nothing for her. she ended up going to jail for failure to appear because the "law firm" assurred her that she did not need to go to the court date. my mom was himuliated at her work place when the sheriff's came to pick her up. and she works in the medical field. so now my mom has been sitting in jail since april all the while she is sitting there she had once spoken to anyone from this office twice. and i had given her the numbers to call, the numbers that the paralegal "frankie" had given me. and nothing. even after the fact that we cancelled the firm frankie and jeff had tried to say that they hadn't heard from me or my mom, and that my mom hadn't called them which is a lie. frankie even tried to say she tried to get a hold of me numerous times on my cell phone with text, calls and voicemails. another lie. there is so much lack of communication at this law firm and a bunch of liars. my poor mom lost her job because of this "law firms" lack of communication. take your business else where. and now i am having an issue with the refund check. from what i've read this isn't the first time either. what a joke of a firm.

Called the office to talk to mr winning he reached out to me at 9pm i made a comment on how strange it was he did answer question a few days later i called back to get some other info left a message and asked to be called during normal business hours never got a call back called a few days later called left another message no call back my wife tried a few times got no response 3 months later my wife called and they said they would not see her anymore. So yeah my experience is horrible they did literally nothing for us.

Long story short these guys love giving the runaround and make mistakes or tell you things that end up not being what they are, i Wouldn't recommend them, they are unprofessional and uncoordinated.

Very bad customer service

Worse service Ever!! A family member wanted to know more about a Immigration case. She/he went to this “Maria Jones Law firm” & they were charging $600 to ask immigration for a i don’t know what type of form. Long story short. My family member made a $360 payment , while she was in there office reading some papers she/he had to sign. Well my Family member was not agreeing with some things she/he needed to sign. So this family member asked for the $360 she had put down. So one of the assistant from this place, is only giving my family member $210 back. They charge for something that u were not aware off. They did nt said anything about charging $150 just to read some papers before continuing to the next step. The only thing this assistant said was “ we are charging for our time, & the papers” cmon, look into another immigration lawyer, they just want your money. They’re NOT here to help you. WORSE SERVICE EVER.
